Description

I have a client requiring a Real/Estate Agents website...

I had an inhouse developer who worked on the site, as you will see from the following link... however the nice chap decided to walk off with 3 of my clients and leaving the site half finished...

This is the link for the works done to date.http://test5.localwebsitemarketingcompany.co.uk/

What I require:
1. Competant JOOMLAH Developer to finish off the site
2. Implement some minor design changes to front page
3. Supply me with login and username for Site
4. Design a site which is SEO Friendly

PAYMENT
I will pay on completion of the build once the client has signed off the site, FTP access can be supplied.
I work in this manor as I have been duped/stung a few times by GAF's that get paid then fail to complete any small works that is required to finish the site off.
