Hello, I have more than three years of professional software development experience using PHP,HTML,MYSQL,POSTGERESQL,JOOMLA,DRUPAL,OSCOMMERSE,ZENCART,WORDPRESS. I enjoy working in a high energy and high performance work environment. I have worked on and learned a great deal from several very interesting and complex commercial projects. I've also provided training for people just like who you described above and they are now very competent to adjust their own sites. I can create a scenario where there is some static content that cannot be changed and make only certain areas of the pages editable if you prefer with Joomla.
