Description:	We would like a quotation for the creation of a Joomla! 1.5 template as per the sample layout attached which I hope provides you with the detail you require. The following should be noted in regard to the attached: • The template must be native Joomla! 1.5; • Any fonts you see are for effect only - I am assuming we will use the usual fonts such as Verdana; • The background image will change dependent upon menu selection but will always be the same size; • Items indicated as "Fixed" should not move when the pages is scrolled; • No diagrams are to scale - see measurements on the first page. The following additional notes may be useful for bidders on this project. The template provided should be: • Valid XHTML. • Valid CSS. • Pure CSS – Tableless design. • Well commented CSS. • W3C XHTML 1.0 Transitional. W3C CSS Valid. • Include fix for IE 6 .png – separate CSS. • Template parameters must include ability to select background and logo image. • All module positions should be collapsible. • Full “cross browser” support - compatible with major browsers like Mozilla Firefox 1.0+, IE 6, IE 7, Opera, Safari and Camino. • WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) compliance would be well regarded but is not mandatory. • Search Engine Optimized template structure (source ordering, proper h1 usage, etc.). • Minimum 5 levels of indent for content. • Separate CSS preferred for Typography, Style and Layout.
