We have a website and we sell trophies and plaques. Users upon selecting an item(s) need to have the ability to add custom engraving to their selection(s). Please view http://www.quicktrophy.com/imprints.php?matrixID=4814_1102186490 to view a similar style as to what we are looking for on the trophy side of the cart. This product will reside between the add to cart and the actual cart and upon adding an item(s) to cart it will open this type of window. The window will need to have parameters set in the admin panel: plate size, number of characters per line and allow user just as in the quiktrophy site allow user to duplicate as much info as possible without having to retype.

2) View there Plaques Idea factory that allows users to choose from pre set templates that are filled with content/type and also pre selects fonts, but allows user to change font, size or lettering. The idea factory also is set to work in landscape or portrait position and auto sets the size to the plaque user selects. Admin upon order entry receives a file ready to go into Word, Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw and editable. The file maintains the size, font etc for production.

4) Admin will set fonts, plaque size and engraving plate size as well as create templates.
5) System needs to automatically count lettering and allow admin to set per letter pricing on the engraving inside the virtuemart/admin

8) User needs to see near exact example of the lettering or engraving they have entered and have an additional box to initial for added safety in our staff engraving what customer inputs.


WE are looking for similar functionality but improved graphic look and would even consider a flash or other type of dynamic solution.
All options will be considered.

All Bids must include brief description as to how you would complete project, time frame, cost and time of availability ( I am in US Central Time)
