Description

We need a sample work to find a partner for other biggest works in Joomla project.
The winner will be a Joomla expert and will be asked to complete the following described project in 6 payed hours (and delivered in 2 days). We pay $12 per hour.

PROJECT:
Registered user can upload X picture in his profile, then other users can vote every profile (using and looking the pictures) to create a Top 5 of the hottest users. The vote would be like these site www.hotornot.com - www.rate-my.org.
So we need 1) upload X picture with little comment for every picture using Ajax 2) rating system of the picture 3) the 5 hottest users.
Every Db tables will be new, and they have to refere to 'id'.'jos_users' record. (Joomla Version 1.5.8).
