I need this:

I bought Ajacoom Newsletter but I need some customization. An user, when wants to register, must put his email address in the homepage of the website and clicking OK, it will be redirected to an internal page where he will select which newsletter wants to receive between N choices. If he doesnt select any choice it will be subscribed just to a general newsletter who is not displayed on the selection page.
I also want to put other fields (like name, surname, cellphone) and via backend I can select if those fields are required or not.
