Description

I have a html website page that I want to have converted into a joomla 1.5 template. The html site is already very close to the joomla style/format just needs a bit of know how to create the main template.
Also, note that there are a few fine boarders around the existing divs that I want to keep and a still background in the main column that I want to have integrated (see - http://www.writersandartists.co.uk/)for what I mean.
I have attached a zip file containing the html site for the template.
It is also important that there be no adverts or joomla references anywhere on the template.
