Description

We have an existing website www.backyardaquaponics.com we are making a new one for www.backyardfarming.com.au . We want to retain a similar style so that people will feel comfortable when changing from one to the other.

See attached image for very rough idea of layout. Want to retain menu along top, menu bar will change to green, graphic in top section will also change to predominantly green, main graphic along top will be supplied later.

Main feature on front page to be rotating image with fading text similar to www.organicguide.com though probably with title above it saying” latest news and articles” in a solid bar of colour above the rotating picture. This will rotate through about 4 of the latest articles.
These rotating images and text will relate and link directly to the latest articles on the website. Below this rotating section will be a list of a further 10-12 recent articles with small thumbnails similar to the attached picture but solid bars containing article titles will be coloured to match rest of site.

We will want a main "articles page" where all the articles are listed the same as above, ultimately this will expand into multiple pages of article lists under different subjects, but for now only one page.

Right hand side of main page and all other internal pages except shop pages and forum, will have three graphic boxes that will link to our other websites we have. Below this will be a box that will contain 4-6 products from within the shop. These are to be changeable fairly easily. Underneath this box with shop products we will want a newsletter subscription box.
Virtuemart to be installed to work with paypal. We would like a forum to be installed as well, preferably phpBB, and would like this to retain the main banner and menus across the top when people use the forum.

Also a green/greyed bar along the bottom of the page with logo, copyright, and links as with our other site.

We will also be wanting a joomla news based website in the very near future, with a similar style to our existing sites yet it will be updated with regular short news articles about organic growing etc, more later...
