Description: This project involves taking our PSD and converting it to Joomla using tableless CSS.

I will provide the module positions among other resources needed to complete the job.

I must receive all resources needed to configure a Joomla Template from the administrator backend without doing anything else. Dont want tricked templates or "do this and that to be ready".

Suckerfish skills are mandatory to build a top bar menu (See the video attached suckerfishmenu.zip). This menu should be configurated from the backend administrator as the other modules.

I need this finished on Saturday 3pm GMT -4
