Description

I need a Joomla component that has the following features:
1. Frontend registered users can create polls.
2. Frontend registered users can vote for the polls.
3. The polls can be placed under a backend configured structure. It should provide for unlimited categories and subcategories.
4. There must be three modules for the display of these polls.
5. All polls must be stored in MySQL (the same database as the Joomla one)

Polls features:
1. Unlimited polls per user.
2. Unlimited options per user.
3. Other users can ADD options to the polls but they cannot remove or edit them.
4. Poll owner (the creator) can remove and edit the options but they cannot remove the poll.
5. It must be an AJAX voting system for quick and easy loading.
6. Each user is only allowed to vote for one poll once.
7. The poll should use the JoomPie plugin to display the results in a pie chart.
8. Backend support to add/modify/delete polls.

Modules:
1. a module that is a table of contents that list all the categories and then subcategories and ultimately leads to the polls themselves.
2. a module that displays the latest polls.
3. a module that displays the most popular polls.
