have tremendous experience in web design. I have work with the Military Police (www.mpraonline.org) (this site is Joomla with many modules used including virtuemart) in providing them their brand, website, magazine, brochures, newsletters, IT work and graphic design for tshirts and other products. I also kept track of their show vendors and created advertising. This was handed over with no supervision or any indication on where they wanted it to go. I took the initiative and ran with it. I think that it would be best to go with a CMS website. Using a membership database (paid pages locked to paying members) module add on. This is what I use on the Military Police website currently. I believe I can deliver in 20 days or less. I am american based and nothing I do is outsourced. Thank you and I look forward to you accepting my bid.
