Description: I am looking to have someone mirror a site for me and just add a template that would suit my business.

I am looking to have a site like LocalFirst.org or VestPocket.org.

All I know is that it was done using Joomla, but would like to have this site for a city in Canada.

So if you know what they did, and could make one for me, I would appreciate it.

I will be looking for someone with a strong proven track record. I am not sure the costs, so I selected the highest (even though I am sure it is only one extension or so).
