Greetings:

We are looking at using the following Joomla template for a business website and would like to find an experienced Joomla developer that can review our design document, make recommendations on specific Joomla extensions, and provide an estimate of the time required to customize the site.

We estimate it will take about 4 - 5 hours to complete the review, and have budgeted around $100 for the project. These are the Joomla extensions we would like to use:
