Description

The website is johnlocker.com

The website uses Seyret Video Component and Joomla!. The site functions properly, but when I enable the PRO features for Seyret, all I see is a blank white page.

The pro features enable the use of a custom flash player (with site logo) and video embedding.

Anyone know enough about Seyret and Joomla! to be able to help me fix this problem?

Seyret pro most likely uses php5 and although it might be enabled/available your scripts might not be using it. Try adding this code below to your .htaccess file near the top, it might fix it like a charm. AddHandler x-httpd-php5 .php AddHandler x-httpd-php .php4 (that code shold be on 2 lines one after the other - there is no formatting available in this bid text field)
