Description: Would like to have some my current Joomla template layout with its .css adjusted slightly to align better and be closer to the photoshop design. (will provide file) This should includes having the main content/blog area be scalable (in height) with the dynamic menu on the sidebar and visa versa. Also would like to have some of dynamic menu added for content links via swMenu Pro (which is already installed and working)

Should be an expert in (x)html and php design. Layout must be search engine friendly.

Templates would have to be in strict (X)HTML format and be designed to have same layout design in IE 5.x (above) and Firefox browsers.

Must speak and write in fluent English and be able to be contacted on the phone if needed as well as via e-mail.

Also looking for additional work to same site once these adjustments have been completed.

I dont want to spend more than about $70
