Description

CMS sections for sports website.

We require a partner to provide us with the programming expertise for a small website we are designing. We require a few databse sections to the site which will allow for the client to update the content. These databases should be developed in PHP and SQL.

We have limited knowledge in these areas and would like to find a reliable partner for various projects we have on-going. We would also require some basic assistance to ensure the database is properly integrated into our design.

Here is a list of the various sections required.

1) News section to appear on the home page. This would for the positn and organisation of news/events, add an image if required and perform basic text editing. This section would show a few lines of the item on the home page then have a (see more feature) where the viewer could get access to the whole copy.

2) An items for sale section where people could post sports equipment for sale along with a image. We would also like to be a reminder e-mail sent after 30 days or so asking if the item should remain posted. People who post items on this section could delete them when sold at any time. Lastly, before the item becomes live, the site admin. would need to approve it, so possibly an e-mail to the site admin could be sent requesting a confirmation of the item before it becomes live.

3) A document section that would allow the site admin. to post various pertinent documents (links to) on the site. This would have it's own section on the site.

I would prefer to receive a quote with each database priced separately as the client may opt not to complete one or the other.
