Description

Have a Photoshop PSD that needed made into a template for joomla 1.0. Budget is $30. For someone that has done this before it should be easy. I dont´have time now, for make it, because I´m bussy with other projects. I have attached an image of the layout. I need to choose someone quickly (TODAY) to do this.Needed ASAP ( max for tomorrow )
