Description

All prices include the cost of any necessary software, extensions, plugins, modules or other third-party or in-house tools to successfully develop the site according to client satisfaction and criteria. The site shall be bug-free, compatible with common browsers (IE 6, IE 7, Firefox, Safari, etc), optimized for minimal load time and processes, and have search-engine-friendly (SEF) URL’s. Finally, full support shall be offered for any questions or problems that should arise for 3 months following successful completion and payment.

Task 1: Template Creation
Details: We will consider two new templates to be used for the site. One will be provided by the freelancer. This can be a custom template, or a customized already-made template that the freelancer recommends. We will compare the freelancers recommended template design with an in-house design and make a decision on which one to use. The freelancer will then make any necessary customizations necessary to create the joomla template within this project’s requirements.

Task 2: Site Components
The provider will integrate all modules, plugins, extensions, etc necessary in order to enhance the features, content presentation and viewer experience of the site. While we would appreciate additional capabilities, these shall at a minimum include:
1) Upgrade to latest Joomla version
2) JCE-editor pro
3) Optimized speed/load time – querycache and rokgzipper or equivalent to be approved by buyer
4) Automatic backups - joomlapack or equivalent to be approved by buyer
5) Ajax driven site map or equivalent to be approved by buyer
6) Back end administrator ease of use – betterpreview and cache cleaner or equivalent to be approved by buyer
7) Professional and attractive content presentation – yootools, joomlaart and rockettheme or equivalent to be approved by buyer
8) Professional and easily customizable forms for enquiries and contracts
9) SEO – ijoomla or equivalent to be approved by buyer
10) Professional Newsletter – pulls content from predetermined sections of live site plus whatever else we want to add. Preferably integrates with iContact.
11) Contact us page with google mapping for service territories and office contact info
12) Professional client review/testimonial presentation – scrolling and add a review with approval
13) Google Map project locations and client testimonials
14) Visitor Interaction - Poll and Quiz
15) Module to showcase project(s) from start to finish – video, pictures, content, timeline, etc
16) Quick form – for those that don’t want to spend a lot of time filling out a long form but just want us to get in contact with them

Task 3: Client Management/CRM
1) Clients Only Section - login, contract(s), calendar with online booking(task, date, due date), invoice/payments, view report, receive special promotions, can be tailored/customized for different types of clients (individuals, groups, residential, commercial)
