Description

1) We have a site that is HTML compliant but somehow Google Chrome does not show it correctly. It is just one content block that does not stretch all the way. This is a simple for a person well-versed in CSS.

2) We currently have a few ad sections on our site. They all load via JS so that slows down page rendering. We want to load that ads as soon the page itself has loaded. So, on page load, as JS has to be executed that fills up the 4 or 5 divs with the ad calls so they are shown. Fairly easy as well.

Please only msg me if you (1) have excellent css knowledge and experience (2) you have done this type of ad replacement before.
