Description

I have a Chinese chess endgame databases website with cgi interface that you can see in the following sites:

I run a apache server on a linux box. I would like to have a interface similar to the following one:

http://www.shredderchess.com/online-chess/online-databases/endgame-database.html

In this interface, users can arrange endgame by drag and drop and play with computer interactively by drag and drop as well.

Some features I like:

1. It should require no special installation, not even Java or Flash. Javascript is ok.
2. I wish it can be run on as many platforms as possible including iPhone.

I can modify my cgi code if necessary, but prefer not have to do that. I can communicate with coder interactively to modify the specs if it is not cost-effective. I can provide the graphic files for Chinese chess board and pieces.
