Description

I posted this project some time ago and got it fixed then add some more features and the sorting functionality broke again when ever the table is rebuilt. To see what I mean, when the page first loads you can click on the 2nd row in the Yellow header and it will alternate (ascending/descending) sorting the table by that columns data. But then when you click on a "detail" in the 1st row of the Yellow header, it rebuilds the table, but the sorting functionality no longer works. I know there's a lot of cosmetics that need to be fixed but I'm just looking to get the sorting feature to work. Feel free to ask for anymore details/info. And basically the first person to fix it, I will pick.

One thing to note, one of things I added was to have it filter out any rows with a -1 or 0 for that columns value when sorting.

Here is some info from my original posting:

I'm looking to have a (client side) sortable table, built dynamically from a js data array, with the ability to rebuild the table with different elements of the array and sort it by columns. The js data array will be about 1500X50 but the table will only have about 10 of the columns per view, then being able to rebuild the table using 10 different columns for a different view. I've gotten pretty close on my own using WebFX's Sortable Table API http://webfx.eae.net/dhtml/sortabletable/sortabletable.html and would like to stay with it because it's the fastest method I've found so far for dynamically building and sorting tables. If someone has a faster/better method I'll use it. The attached html file is a sample of my attempt. I can sort on any column of the initial table, but after rebuilding, it no longer sorts. Just getting my script to work would suffice. And only concerned with working on IE.
