Description

I am trying to create a page that contains an agreement in a textarea text box. After all the text in the text box, is the "agree" submit button WITHIN the text area. The point is that they user cannot submit to say they have "read" the agreement unless they scroll all the way through it and then see the "Agree" button within the textara. I would like the "agree" button to be a graphic submit button if possible. Should be a simple project. I need it very quickly.
