Description

We offer a free newsletter subscription on our website www.truthabouttrade.org. We would like to promote this opportunity better by asking visitors who come to our website and browse 10 pages the opportunity to sign-up for the newsletter.

What we vision is a javascript code that everytime a visitor views a page on the website a cookie is stored on their local machine. Once the visitor views 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 pages on our website we would like for a DHTML layer be displayed with the newsletter sign-up code.

The user can either sign-up or close the window completely.

The code should be all javscript/dhtml driven and require no server-side processing.

Vendors who can illustrate that they have already performed the above task will be given preferred status in the bidding.
