draysonresearch.com and the sub domain sv.draysonresearch.com.

The phone number should accept any format. What ever the user types in should be accepted for both. Needs to have the default format taken out.

Should be a quick fix.

Hello, it's not a problem. I can suggest to allow any format, but left available symbols, such digits and some additional symbols (brackets, etc).
