Description:	This is an on-line device to calculate the cost of the participants in meetings in real time. It will be embedded in a web site, not for download. It should enable users to enter the salary of each participant and calculate the total. It should allow conversion between annual salary and hourly rate based on full time equivalent. It should allow users to choose averaged salary of participants or total annual salary It should enable users to calculate the cost of a project using projected person hours. It should have a stop-watch function like a taxi meter to enable users to start the clock at the start of a meeting and watch the costs rise throughout the meeting in real time. This is the most important function. I am advised that it should be written in Javascript. It should allow multiple users in different meetings to access and run the device simultaneously.
