Description

Simple & Quick Project Needed ASAP

Need some one to create a floating ad code similar to the IM style floater ads that are around. I already have the banner designed I just need the code to be made.

Banner should slide up from the bottom of page and stay on bottom center even if page is scrolled.

When clicked on should take you to a specified link, when clicked on the close button it should close.
