Description

I need a simple "if" statement to adjust the outcome of a form box, it is a fairly simple mortgage calculator, already doing everything, 85% complete, I need it to do one small step - I need the outcome amount to have an amount added to it, depending on 3 if statements for the amount of years the mortgage is.

If you refer to the file, you will three top form boxes, in the third one, the user will enter years of mortgage, and in turn I want the following information added -

0 - 25 - I want .2% added the "leftover" amount

26 - 30 - I want .3% added the "leftover" amount

31 - 50 - I want .3% added the "leftover" amount

then, at then end, when "leftover" amount is used to calculate the total borrowing amount, it will have these differences depending on the years entered.
