Description

I will need a website section where the visitor can calculate an estimate by filling few forms.

You may find an example at the following link:

Basically, I need just few forms instead. The website above is just an example.

The website will have a section where the user gets a quote by filling in 2 form fields and selecting a radio button in the following way:

WIDTH: _____cm x HEIGHT: ____cm (+20 cm hidden height)
Material Type (radio boxes): 1 , 2 or 3
= Total price: xx Euros
= Total price (+20% VAT): xx Euros

As you see, the user will need to enter the width and the height, choose the material from the 3 materials available and automatically gets the result.

So, let's say material 1 cost 65 Euros. Find 2 examples below:
Example 1: 100cm x 200cm (+20cm height) with material 1, the operation will be 1m x 2.2m x 65 Euros giving as result 143 Euros.
Example 2: 147cm x 240cm (+20cm height) with material 1, the operation will be 1.47m x 2.60m x 65 Euros giving as result 248.43 Euros.

It is really important that the user fills the units in centimeters, the +20cm height needs to be included for width x height calculation *but hidden for users*, and the final operation must get the cost calculated in meters as in the example above.
