Description

I need some dynamic text boxes, what should happen is when the 'add another' hyperlink is clicked another two boxes should appear on the page, please review the attached template I need this integrating into.

You will see their are 7 days of the week, each day has a box which allow people to enter a time range, eg 09 - 17

I would like them to be able to click the 'add another' link which would dynamically place another two boxes underneath the date, the other example shows a static copy of what the boxes would look like when the box was clicked for Monday, the remove button would remove the time from and to boxes.

I need this so it works with the current template, so any additional form boxes added should have a form name which is incremented:-

time_from[mon][1]
time_from[mon][2]

This will allow the dynamic javascript to make use of the already existing functionality, a test environment will be provided to the winning bidder, all work should be carried out, payment via GAF escrow.


Only serious people who can speak and read/write and understand the English language need bid on this project.


Small budget since this is such a small and quick project
