Description

This project is for immediate effect. We have implemented a new javascript on our site and is based around the Dynamic Drive Rich HTML Balloon Tooltip which can be seen here:

Whilst this is implemented in a static solution ours is implemented in a dynamic solution.

It is functioning as it should in Internet Explorer 7 and 6 but not as it should in Firefox(Mozilla) and therefore Opera also.

Quite simply the hidden layers are not loading hidden and are instead visible.

Our developers have now left for the weekend and it is imperitive that we resolve this bug immediately (i.e. within a matter of minutes or hours).

I realize that it is most probably a simple browser check and then write for document version window however my own javascript skills are far from proficient and I would rather leave this in the hands of a competent and reliable professional.
