Description: We are planning a new Xoops site. We need the site to be set up initially, and then we can add content from there. We'd like someone to:

1. We have a predefined layout to be updated.

2. We'd like navigation with drop down menus on top and side.

3. Menu items must be user specific so that writers and others may upload pages.

4. RSS Feeds (show tab and blurb)on different pages.

5. Pages for Affiliate Programs (code that interfaces to other websites.)

6. Search Archives
