Description

hi there freelancers....
i have a very simple project for someone, which will take a very short time.
i have attached a psd file (web_sketch) which i want to be translated into html, or whatever language you feel is best to use.
i have also attached a jpg too (sketch_explain.jpg), which explains how i want the the page to function...(e.g. if the text box's height is scalable or not).
lastly i have attached the pattern i used as the background.

it is very important that the design stays the same as it is...i.e. shadows reamain the same, and the boxes function as i stated in the jpg file. it is also very important that the page is centred in every screen size, and it works in every browser.
