Description

Looking for a image slider, Please Provide me with Suggestions, flash or other methods.

It should use a xml file to load the images and settings.

There are two samples, one flash and one not that represent what I am looking for fairly well.

I'd like a headline, like from the flash one above, specifying in the xml file.

I'd like to be able to click on the image to go to the next one as on the non flash one.

I'd like to be able to specify the size of the slider window.

I'd like two different transitions, that i can specify in the xml file, one like the flash one by sliding and one cross-fade like the non flash.

If there is such a component out there already, I would be happy to have a look at it, if I were to use it instead, I would of course reward you.

The headline is not important, but prev / next buttons are so are the numbering of the image and how many left. 5/10 or such.

I don't want any previews of any other slides or such, so simply the visuals of the two examples that I linked to. A pre-loader of the images to come would be a big plus.

I have previous experience rendering html and flash from xml. Please see the following examples of freebies I made for the Chumby (They work on a click + drag to scroll principle because the Chumby is a touch screen device). http://www.chumby.com/guide/widget/OzLotteries (Click and drag left or right). http://www.chumby.com/guide/widget/CourierMail (Click and drag up or down). http://www.chumby.com/guide/widget/Regional%20Weather%20Radar (Non scrolling, displays animated frames). All of the above widgets are rendered on the fly from xml input (Sorry it's all smushed - need new line support)
