Description: Hello
I need the following:

I need a flash map that has all the countries of europe.
When clicked on a country, or on their flag, it zooms in on the country.
It then shows in that country for each prison that there is, and when clicked on a prison it opens a dialog with information about the prison and a link to their website/email.

the prisons need to be able to be added from a DB and the place will be determined eiter by click, (the user clicks on the spot he wants the prison) or by longitude/latitude.

I hope this is enough information.

We can do this very easily as we already have an interactive map of europe with all the countries,all we need is to create hotspots there.. but the budget will be 300 USD for this.if needed do let me know.
