What I need or require:
I need an advanced flash player for my site.

What I already have versus what the provider will deliver:
I need the following player: http://www.stompernet.net/goingnatural3/

I need this player to be cross-browser capable with zero bugs and a full warranty on your work.

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
Designer must be a sage with flash and willing to not charge a premium since we are looking for a long-term relationship with the provider.

Specific expertise that I am seeking:
High level flash or flex skills are a must. Also high actionscript expertise.

XML knowledge is also very much needed. Php and cfm knowledge a big plus!
