Description:	Hello providers! I have a relatively easy project that I need done. I need my .psd design converted into a dynamic html, xml, or flash style website. I have attached a word document along with a few images to describe to you what I need done. You will be given all source files necessary in order to complete the project. This project requires a little design, a little conversion, and a little creativity! After you read my attached materials, please provide with me with an accurate bid of how long it will take you to complete this project. If you have a bid in mind that is outside of the range of the project budget, please indicate in your PMB. All bids will be considered. I am most interested in bidders who not only provide a portfolio of previous work, but provide samples of RELATED work and mockups of what they can do for me. The most reasonable, skilled, and communicative provider will be chosen. This work will lead to several projects in the future if done successfully, and I have been known to give bonus payments for exceptional work that surpasses my expectations. Thank you.
