Description

I need 5 files converted from a Word file I have to Dynamic Pdf files. FYI These files are in Spanish, but it is not necessary to know Spanish to work with these files (it is a + though). Most of them are easy so I will explain only the most complex.

The format is the first page is an "on screen only file" and contains the required fields to be filled. The required fields are text and numerical fields as well as a table. These text and numerical fields will be distributed throughout the document(of which is not visible except when printed). When the user fills the table with info, the info needs to populate another table on the document and depending on how many rows are needed (dynamic adding of rows) the document will shift the text to make room for the expanding rows(table is in the middle of the document). One other "wrench" is I need numerical fields to be displayed in numerical and word(text) format. I have the java code to do it, but have no idea how to implement it. I have attached what I attempted as a reference.

In addition to the Global fields, I need a button that prints and saves the document as a PDF. Also, everytime this button is clicked, I need a Counter to increment one number. Lastly real time date in the format I specify.

Lastly, I want the winning bidder to teach me how to do this. I am pretty tech savvy and I think that once I do this project with you, I will be pretty close. Of course, if this project goes well, any pdf problems in the future will be directed to you.

I have created this as a manual process, but the info comes from an Excel file I am building. If you can help me develop my VBA code to include the opening/modification/execution of these files then let me know.

Time is of the essence so therefore, I am looking for someone who really knows PDF (Livecycle is a Plus). Please only bid if you can at least complete the 5 files within 1-2 days. Thanks
