I am posting this again since the last person awarded this project is not strong in ajax..

1. search biz guide 2.search buyer listings 3. freelist your property requirements need to be implemented..

php 5, mysql , ajax, apache 2 on freebsd 6.2

for 1. you search by location (city/region/country) and category
search by keyword if u know partial name of what u are looking for..
for example, serahc for remax should return remax realty in all locations ..

2. you search by location (city/region/country), price range, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, area of home, property types (farms, land, homes, apartment, etc.)

address field needs to be added to add/edit property requirement listing and add/edit property listing..

add and edit need to be implemented for buyer listings
similar to add/edit of seller property listings
realignment of some links horizontally at the top below title banner needs to be done..

any search engine optimisation..and search engine friendliness..

both searches should have basic and advanced screens with some conditions like NOT, LIKE, AND, OR in advanced in addition to more fields specified..

will give database strcuture and ssh access to colocation server..ftp can be installed and provided also..
