Description

I need to have a terms of service agreement check box window open when someone clicks on a Paypal Buy Now button. It needs to be a dhtml pop up so it can't be blocked with common popup blockers. When the buyer clicks to agree to the terms, the popup must close and the buyer is brought to the Paypal site to complete the transaction.
