----- i need advanced programmer who has advanced knowledge in wordpress theme creation and site cloning-----

also need a very fast turnaround as other programmer disappeared? and i ahve maX 3 DAYS TO TURN IN PROJECT

You need to install the latest Spanish wordpress CMS
I want to use this custom theme cloning the website http://www.locastillo.cl the appropriate files are already given.
Please make sure that the area where the logos are, sliced and styled in a way that they can be change easily for other school website like this one this part is extremely important. I want to use this website for other schools as well.
I want to place a flash banner where the picture is, this is to be set up and activated into the back end admin panels in order change the pictures easily.
Please note I want the menu to be completely controlled by the wordpress theme. So that if we create multiple pages with drop menus they will automatically propagate across to the website. So menu have access to a drop down menu like the website itself.
