Richard,
This project is as discussed. Thank you for your excellent work on all my projects.

THIS PROJECT IS FOR "RMASH" ONLY - PLEASE DO NOT BID

Brief description:
The basic idea of this JavaScript is to grade a “quiz” along the way as answers are given. There are four possible states for the “grade” that is given:
1. no grade (no questions answered yet)
2. low number of incorrect answers
3. medium number of incorrect answers
4. high number of incorrect answers

For this specific test, there are 10 questions. That number may be varied in the future. The range for low, medium and high may also vary in the future, so these variable ranges should be easy to configure at the top of the JavaScript file (or in the HTML page…whichever).

Ranges: (note that a “yes” answer in this circumstance is the “incorrect” answer)
BAD: 4+ incorrect (yes)
MEDIUM: 2-3 incorrect (yes)
GOOD: 0-1 incorrect (yes)

The “result” box displayed at the bottom of the quiz should be dynamically updated as the answers are given (starting blank, then good, then medium, then bad…as answers are given). There is no need for a submit button, as the score is not saved. Answers can be changed, which could move backwards from BAD to MEDIUM, etc.

A sample of the quiz in each state is included on the next page(s) of this document.

The “yes” and “no” columns should be radio buttons so that only one answer can be provided for each question. CSS should be used to replace a selected CORRECT answer with a green checkmark and an INCORRECT answer with a red checkmark (as shown). Ideally the whole quiz will be done in pure CSS, but if you have to do it as a table, that is okay I suppose (though not preferred). This quiz will be inserted as the entire body content at this page (so use CSS classes/div’s appropriately): http://www.*********.com

NOTE: CSS file should be separate from the main CSS for the website and will be linked externally on the quiz page only.
