Goal: We are looking to clone the web 2.0 style design elements of www.neoverve.com in order to create a new face for another company website.

With heavy focus on the web 2.0 standards, design and layout. The content itself does not have to be cloned (i.e. flash, etc).

Requirements: Seeking a very high level css/web 2.0 designer with the following requirements:
