Description:	I just need the one page of a website sliced coded into VALID XHTML/CSS from a properly organized and formatted PSD file. The code must be neat and commented. I usually do this myself but I just have too many projects going on at this time, but I know decent code when I see it. :) Site is a fixed width at 950px, you can use Blueprint, that's fine with me but there needs to be some grid alignment and the gray underlines and borders should be translated into CSS. At this time there's no content but filling it up with Lorem ipsum like I did is fine. There's a small need for a Javascript roll over for the menu. It just needs to change to a darker gradient on roll over.I will provide the PSD file for the roll over menu too, it's just a shade darker than the regular menu. Thanks. I'll provide a zip that includes in the zip is the original PSD layout, PNGs, fonts, and a PSD of the darkened menu for the roll over. JQuery or other frameworks are acceptable.
