Description

Create an interactive Adobe PDF form using Acrobat v7.x, Adobe Designer, and Javascript.
The form and fields have already been created. The requirement is to develop rules into the form to hide/reveal/lock/unlock fields based on prior selections. The rules and field defaults have been layed out in Excel, and are mapped to screenshots of the form with the fields numbered as references.
It is the assumption that this is all possible to accomplish directly in Acrobat (using Javascript for the rules). If this is not possible this should be communicated back to me.
