I need help with sidebar adjustments, middle bar adjustments,

Things need help from:
1: the about section - would want to be moved to middle
2: apply a banner (300x250) to the about section original spot
3: Erase the recent comment section and move recent post to far right

4: place a (160x600) ad on top right sidebar with TITLE - JB's Special Offer
5: add a customized link - so that the link can be appeared at the bottom of all posts.

More detailed information and banners will be provided once agreement has been reached.

May need help with further edits for other projects. I would like to establish an on-going relationship with the potential winner of this project.
