Need some minor tweaks and changes to our static website.

- Need rollovers on left nav changed
- Need lightbox installed for when you click on link our copy pops up:
- Looking for text to be justified and made to look clean.We have about 8 pages of copy.

Minor tweaks, we don't have time to get this done, looking for someone to just finish it up for us. PM for site.
