Hi,I'm looking for someone (or a team) who is willing to take an existing site and make it cross browser compatible. I don't care much about the many little browsers just IE6+ and the other big four (Safari, FireFox, Chrome, Opera) and if the browser is available on this OS on OS X and WinXP and newer. Also I want to outsource this kind of service for future projects (maybe even old projects), so to have a reliable source a team might suit better.
There is reasonable JavaScript (prototype and extensions) so you need knowledge in this field and of course in HTML + CSS. As I said before for future projects there might be used other JS-frameworks, but for now I'm good with prototype (it's a plus if you know others too).

Details on future projects can be discussed after seeing the results. Still I would be interested in what you could offer me as a constant business partner now, to work together from the beginning.
The project should be done in my experiences in about 1-2 hours (in this case maybe 3 because it's a bit js heavy), but is not time critical so when it's done in one week I'm happy.
The results should be presented as most scm programs do:
I want to see the code. A minus before the line which get edited. A plus in front of the edited site. here is an example picture: http://yfrog.com/0obild37p . i think you get the idea. Please also use some simple color coding (I'm fine with just marking the editetd lines in another color). Preferabel in a PDF format.
So after all, all I have to do is to run over each line of code which should get changed copy and paste the new one directly in the site and be done.
I wont offer any source code. So you have to scrap the site, from the domain and work with your local copy. This shouldn't be a problem with many programs out there which do exactly this.
Obviously I will test the results and I'm not happy with wasting my time. So if you don't think you can do it, then please don't try.
Short a few things I don't like:
- many conditional css hacks
- browser specific js hacks
Besides ie PNG support I hardly can remember a site I couldn't create without the use of those hacks. But if they are inevitable. Then I'm even ok with this.
