We are developing a web portal using liferay portal development platform . We wish to change the existing default theme to suite our requirements. We will be giving you the required theme screen shot. The project includes development and testing time. The theme will be also be tested on the Healthy Humans server before accepting

I have developed numerous themes for web portal.I have worked on almost 7 to 8 websphere and lifray portal development projects in which i have prepared all the themes and skins. Actually the number of days depends on the complexity related with the themes.Can I have a bit of detail on the version of liferay being used and also the features required to be present on the theme.
