Description

I am looking for an experienced person who knows either Javascript or Perl/CGI. I would need a javascript (js) coded. The code should be easy to understand and do calculations from the order form.

This is nothing high tech, its just a simple form.

For more information I can be contacted, budget on this is really low as it isn't a heavy duty form. I'd say my budget is $30USD. Any examples or suggestions are welcome.

Also, only serious bidders please. If you can, please inform me of the ETA to complete this project.
