Hi,

I'm looking for someone who can develop a pop-up Balloon using CSS and Javascript. It should have the following features

- It should support all standard browsers.
- Look and feel is very important and it should be very sleek.
- The Balloon should automatically position itself to near by free space.
- The Balloon pointer should point according to the position of the balloon.
- The Balloon should have shadow effect in the background.
- The functionality should be acheived using minimal code and css.
- Should load very fast.


I'm expecting a Balloon that is similar to the one you see here:

Quality is very important and you should be ready for any number of modifications.


Payment will be done only once the project is completed and delivered. Since this is a very small project, I'm not expecting the bid to go above $50.
